I have an enormous garden. I way over estimated my production, and have too much of everything. While most of the vegetables are winding down in their growth, my tomatoes have OVER produced and I've been canning/freezing them just so they don't waste. I enjoy a tomato about as much as the next guy, but I have to admit, I don't just pop cherry tomatoes in my mouth and start crunching. I like mine WITH something else. Today my little girl, Zoey, says to me:
Momma, I'm going to go pick you some cherries (cherry tomatoes) because you are SO special!
I about teared up. I don't like to eat them like that, but the fact that she thought she wanted to do something nice for me was just absolutely WONDERFUL. I just love being her Momma!
